Falling and Thinning Hair Problem


Tips:
·         1. Lightly massage your scalp when shampooing it. Use a circular movement for 2-3 minutes. This is good for blood nourishment to the scalp.
·         2. When you are done washing you can apply a few drops of essential oils such as tea tree, jojoba oil and rosemary into your scalp and lightly massage it. If your hair is not oily then you don't have to rinse it.
·         3. When drying your hair. Avoid drying it with towel. It's rough for your hair. Even perming, and hot blow drying is not good they weaken the hair shaft even more. The best is to dry it naturally.
·         4. Use a wide-tooth comb to untangle your hair. Don't use a brush. It will put great pressure on your hair while you're brushing.
·         5. Get a good hairstyle. A shorter cut makes the hair look thicker. Styling mousses, foams and conditioners add fullness.
·         6. You can also use products derived from minoxidil. This is a colorless, fragrance-free liquid that purportedly re grows hair. They can be purchased now without a prescription. It prolongs the growth phase of the hair cycle, allowing hairs to become longer and thicker.
·         7. There are many causes of hair thinning. It could be genetics, health related problems, stress or lack or vitamins and minerals. You may consider visiting your doctor and have some test done.
